I was a gifted and regular ed teacher for 21 years before moving into a new position at the Mahoning County ESC where I was a gifted coordinator for multiple districts.  Eventually I moved into serving one district...Canton City...and this is my 5th year.

I enjoy talking about the idea of teaching to the high achievers and allowing the others to rise to the top.
